If only the Foster woman’s annoying, loud-mouthed assistant would stop distracting Loki’s eyes from the prize.

The Avengers Recruitment Program was founded with the amending of the Sokovia Accords in hopes of a compromise between enhanced individuals and the United Nations. Many enhanced individuals have been recruited, but very few have completed the program and only one has chosen to become an Avenger: Loki.
Celeste is a young woman with magical powers and no memory of how she got them or who she was before them. After being found and recruited by the Avengers, she is chosen to be mentored by Loki. No one, including the two, realize just how much they need each other.

Loki and Nebula have a fight, followed by a conversation about how to be the best monster you can be. Later on, Loki gets a stern reminder to be more careful, coupled with a brutal reminder that you can't always get what you want. Nebula, for her part, slowly finds herself remembering how to be sympathetic. It's not a good feeling, and she wishes she could stop.
For now, however, she takes comfort in the fact that they both find it easier not to look at one another.
