Only Lady Luck knows, and she isn't too Keen on letting him know much.

Summary
Battle-hardened soldiers of the true Brotherhood of Steel traverse the Capital Wasteland in the hopes that there is anything left for them to reclaim.
Set between Fallout 3 and Fallout 4, Fallout: Outcasts seeks to explore the relationships between the factions of the volatile Capital Wasteland through the eyes of a fragile alliance. Each side remains desperate to save their civilization, but will that drive turn to determination to fight through the brutal forces that rally against them or will it only speed their societies to an all too familiar state of ruin?
