Theater druids make me cringe. Flaunting the forms nature loans us, prancing around complimenting each other's ears. They make me want to join a fungal colony the easy way.
And that Kagha woman just reeks of shadow. Tryhard 'druids-are-scary-too' nonsense. "ThEn tHe VIpeR MuSt stRIke." What a dork. Bonding with nature to perform villainy in front of other people is disgraceful. It makes us all look like idiots.
I guess killing them wouldn't be the least cathartic thing I've ever done.
Tav experiments with shapeshifting, and learns some interesting things.
This piece assumes you're familiar with the game; these scenes are meant to fit between canon events.

"Focusing hard on trying not to fall off the edge, Astarion finally spotted an opening and took it. He darted around the other side of the beast while it focused on Karlach only for it to whirl round on him in less then a second. He didn't even have a chance to realise how badly he had messed up before mighty claws came down on him with massive force. There was a shooting pain, the sound of someone yelling his name frantically, the feeling of weightlessness as he was thrown back by a second blow and then suddenly the sting of crashing into ice cold water before everything went black."
Early relationship little whump that started off as me wanting to do something light hearted then got dark quickly and then gets more playful again at the end. Focuses alot on the dark urges and how they effect them during a crisis.
You don't need to read the other story in this series to understand what's going on they are all stand alone.

“Hello, darling.” He bends down, until he can just brush his lips against theirs. Tav’s breath flutters, soft as butterfly wings, against his skin. When they try to lean up to deepen the kiss, Astarion draws away, and laughs at the pout he gets for his actions.
He glances up to see Halsin sitting calmly at the end of the bed, smiling at the two of them. A little thrill of embarrassment runs through him, but it's quick enough to bury under familiar charm.
“Well druid?” He drawls, tilting his head to show off the long line of his neck. “Don't you have something you should be doing?”
Halsin grins outright at that and laughs deep in his chest.
“My apologies. I'll get right to that.”

I don't really have a full summary yet as it's a work in progress. But I guess it's just my character's trek through BG3 starting in the Underdark. I'm never really good at beginnings, so I just drop in some time after. Of course I take minor liberties with the storytelling, and certain points of reference within the game, but I don't have the patience to write a 50 page description on the temple of Shar or a detailed account of rescuing gnomes from prison, so yea.
