Summary
After leaving Stormhail and fleeing to Montwise with his wounded Godsblade, Temenos comes up with an idea upon recalling a story about Aelfric.
A story of how "the Flamebringer, wielder of the most holy of magic—fueled by the very light of the Sacred Flame itself—was able to release all of his power in a single, devastating spell, burning away the darkness and reducing his enemies to ash."
And so, as Aelfric's chosen cleric and fellow practitioner of holy magic, it obviously stood to reason that (despite what anyone else might have to say about it) he should be able to cast such a spell as well.
Right?
(Or, Temenos sets out to learn Heavenly Shine, with varying degrees of success. Because unfortunately, wielding the power of a god was never going to be easy).

That was when she caught sight of Osvald, isolated at a table, with a pint in his hands. She blinked and rubbed her eyes, making sure she was not hallucinating, and her gaze caught Agnea's, who seemed similarly taken aback.
She was not hallucinating.
"Should we…?" Agnea asked, as she quickly looked around the tavern, but all their other companions were occupied. Castti only nodded.
