Summary
After the intense battle that took place in Bonesborough one month ago, witches and demons of the Demon Realm has managed to make good progress at adapting to all the sudden changes happening all over their world. However, out of nowhere Eda suddenly announces she and her sister Lilith are taking a single warship and leaving the Isles to attend to what she describes as a "family matter".
After convincing her mentor to let her tag along, Eda agrees to let Luz come with them. On the way Eda reveals they are going to Skull Island to search for Kong and the tribe of wild witches there to make sure nothing bad has happened to them after an extremely violent and dangerous storm has taken over the island. Upon realising she is going to meet Kong, Luz begs Eda to finally tell her the full story on how she met Kong and reveal the adventure she had on Skull Island twenty years ago.
Deciding her apprentice is old and mature enough to hear the tale, Eda has a sit down with Luz so she and Lilith can tell her all about their history with The King of Skull Island.

Summary
AU: Kong kills the biggest skull-crawler, but he's injured, and the battle takes place inland. The group still has a ways to go to get to the north side of the island in time. Also Packard survives, only knocked out during the battle at the flaming lake, but separated from the rest of the group, and has come up with a new way to try to kill Kong. Surviving men who hadn't managed to make radio contact have been drawn to the fire at the lake, and after meeting up with Packard, cut Weaver and Conrad off from getting back to the boat and the rest of the group, which is a ways off further up the river. Conrad just wants to get as many of them as possible off the island alive, but Packard has other ideas. And then there's this thing with Slivko, which is rapidly getting complicated.
