A job goes wrong, one thing leads to another and Kaz gets himself shot. As an emergency last resort, Jesper must use his grisha powers to cauterise Kaz's wound.
Featuring Kaz in pain, bleeding, panicked Jesper and lots of angst. Heavy on the whump, lacking on the kanej tbh but we all love a bit of Kaz and Jesper being bros even if all my fics also involve traumatising them.
