It's the start of something new as Luigi moves out of the mushroom he shares with Mario to live with Bowser in his castle. Since it's finally just the two of them, this is the perfect opportunity for to talk about expectations and what each of them wants in a relationship... except that Luigi isn't confident enough to share his worries about the whole thing. Bowser, on the other hand, has the opposite problem and is planning so much for the future that Luigi feels as if he can't breathe. With such "excellent" communication skills, it's only a matter of time before the Koopa King overhears something hurtful. He leaves before Luigi can apologize or even explain. Determined to prove that he really does want a relationship with Bowser, Luigi sets off alone to bring him back, but finds that he's not the only one in need of a rescue.

Their family adopted Luigi, finding it amazing that an orphan boy looks very similar to their son Mario. Luigi is a Dragonoid with command over electricity. Nobody knew this. As the boys grew up, Mario and Luigi gained their very distinct differences, some of which caused Luigi to never show certain areas of his body to anyone, knowing that it would lead to bad things happening. Skip to when they move to the mushroom kingdom, and Luigi has never met bowser. Bowser has no clue that Mario even has a brother. Bowser decides one day that he was gonna go to the mushroom kingdom himself, and senses the presence of a Dragonoid, being a dragon-ish being himself. He ends up changing his plans from taking the princess to finding the dragonoid.

What will he do if he returns to how it was before all this started? Only the future awaits for those answers.
