Phantom was stubborn and paranoid, a ghost among the crowd, invisible but always watching. She had a sick sense of justice, leaving the bodies of notorious criminals lying in her wake. She made sure they suffered. Murderers were slain in the same way as their victims, gang members were shot execution style, just as they did to traitors, kidnappers tortured just as they had done to those they took, the list went on.
