Summary
Revali should have been better in those final moments. Better than being so overconfident that he couldn't keep track of his arrows, only for Windbligh throwing back all them. The sheer force of the whirwinds may have broken the wooden shaft, but the arrowheads came shooting right through his eye.
With one eye remaining, Revali now has to navigate in a world where his purpose has been stripped away from him. Sure, Zelda has been lucky to finally gain her sacred power in the moment it mattered, but not even needing the help of Vah Medoh before it was already over has been... disappointing to say the least.

It's a story every child grows up hearing, and one historians have studied for generations. This is that story, but there's a bit of a snag, according to the King.
Hyrule's ruling family, in times of prophecy, bears a girl with the goddess' blood, it has been that way for many millennia. Why then, this time, is there twins?

Revali took a deep breath, well no that wasn't quite right was it? He didn't breathe, not anymore. He took a few steps and the soft green glow in the corner of his eyes filled him with despair. Revali screamed, loud and shrill, and only a moment later Vah Medoh echoed him.
Link whirled around looking back toward where he had left Revali and without thinking quickly started back.
Basically, Link and Revali have a talk and Revali struggles not to reveal feelings toward Link that he thought 100 years had settled.
