This takes place right after the final battle of Sunnydale. The group must decide what their next move is, but first Robin and some of the girls are in desperate need of medical attention. This series follows Buffy and Angel's groups through the years, and into the future, after the fall of Sunnydale. This story involves all of the main characters, plus a host of new original characters.
Note: This does not follow the Buffy comics and is strictly from my imagination. This is an ongoing series that will end with chapter 50. Angel's group doesn't make an appearance until later chapters because of the Angel-Buffy TV series timelines.

Look, you can read Part One of this series which is 'Theater of Monsters,' or you can take a breath and dive.
Buffy has created the new Council of Slayers, which works with a newly formed magical organisation, the Coven Circle.
Her relationship with Willow is on rocky ground as she finds it hard to truly move on and forgive past magical sins - especially when it comes to a certain pesky Chaos mage. Non magical sins might be even harder to get past and her relationship with Giles is really struggling.
So when Giles, Ethan and their friends seem to drop off the face of the earth, and Chaos magic starts dumping out like something really, really bad has happened to Ethan, Buffy must start to consider her stance and what matters to her when it really comes down to it.

Summary
Buffy has created a new council of slayers and watchers and is running it, supported by an also newly formed council of covens and by Willow, Xander and the now activated other slayers. However the old Council of Watchers is not accepting it's loss of power without a fight. Not only are they seriously getting in Buffy's way, they are starting to collect extremely powerful magical items and no one can figure out why. What are they up to and can Buffy stop them?
Meanwhile, Buffy and Giles' relationship has still not got over the events of season 7, a situation not helped by Giles choosing to go off with Ethan rather than supporting Buffy's new venture or the fact that Giles' elder brother Charles is fighting against her on the old Council of Watchers.
The main relationship is probably that of Buffy and Giles and it's needed quest for resolution. But also it's about Buffy and Willow's friendship and how it might go forward to strength once again.
Giles x Ethan, because they deserved to have that resolved. If it's not your usual ship give it a go, don't let it put you off enjoying the story. If it is your ship then honk honk, welcome aboard the latest sailing.

Rupert was his best friend from childhood and if they are bringing him in - whatever condition he's in and apparently it's bad - then Robson should show his support. Summary
This story takes place in an AU from when Beecher threw the chair through the pod. After the riot when Beecher is transferred to gen pop and realizes how bad he could have it he eventually snaps, and ends up in Unit B. After killing Vern's current prag, he takes what he thinks is his rightful place as Vern's prag. He is content with his lot in life until an old friend of Vern's, Chris Keller, ends up in Oz and instantly takes a shine to Vern's prag, even though Beecher is a little bit on the crazy side.
** or AU where Beecher ends up back with Vern out of desperation in season 2 and has broken a little too much, and is an out of control sometimes violent prag. Which Keller likes. A Lot.

Summary
In this story before the riot Schillinger went to solitary and ended up getting his parole. Without Schillinger to keep getting Beecher back into the shit he eventually got his parole, but while he was in he ended up with Ryan for protection and because he needed a friend. Some of the same stuff happened to Beecher and with Ryan as his bestie he stayed on drugs. (fyi - the accuracy of the drug use/description here is not great)
When he gets paroled he is broken, addicted and has given up. He's staying with a friend of Ryan's on the outside, still taking orders, still getting high and it's what he thinks he deserves anyways.
Vern's life has been shit since he got paroled. He doesn't want to be a bad person anymore, and he has no idea how he can ever redeem himself. If it's even possible for people like him. So he gets a crappy job anywhere he can. Where, of course (because otherwise there wouldn't be a story) he runs into Beecher.
And he thinks he found how he can be redeemed. If he can save Beecher, maybe he can make up for some of the bad he did and save himself. Except the two of them together has only ever led to pain and suffering.
Some people might just be too broken to fix.
