During The Cold War of 1997, President John F. Kennedy is attempting to pass a new bill to prevent communist invasions. The day after, he gets assassinated by killer robots and is replaced with Richard Nixon, who conducts the Watergate Scandal with his Nanobots. Ronald Reagan is then elected to office. During this, scientists John Linnell and John Flansburgh are illegally developing a new maneating plant that is a hybrid of a Venus flytrap and a tiger lily. Secret Service agent Robin Goldwasser begins an investigation on the scientists, who are conducting these experiments in the Lincoln Memorial. The zombies of Richard Nixon, John F. Kennedy, and Abraham Lincoln plan an attack on the White House, which goes South.

Since the dawn of the 21st Century, the U.S. has fallen into a state of disrepair. Citizens have become disillusioned by modern politics. The main parties are crumbling. The country is divided, all thanks to some pathetic-old-man politicians.
Thankfully, Frankie has a solution. He's going to get together a group of even MORE pathetic-old-man politicians (read as: ex-presidents from the 20th century) and pioneer a new party in the name of returning America to her glory days. (Also, he's going to ask his mother for a private yacht and a second holiday home in London for his birthday, if you care.)
It's a perfect plan. Entirely foolproof.
It's also the only way to restore true political integrity to America....But, he thinks, he can handle it. After all, what could go wrong?
