"With the Wild Hunt, no one knows what they’re capable of. They’re not alive like you and me, but they’re able to hurt and kill us with their otherworldly weapons. They can come and go as they please between our two realms, and usually herald some sort of doom. They don’t have the best of reputations, but the Hunts aren’t always led by the same leader, either.” Hiko set the pot down, apparently satisfied with the glaze, and shot him a stern look. “One thing everyone knows and should never forget is that they are dangerous. When that woman comes searching for you, your best bet is to keep wandering and don’t stay in one place for too long.”
Kenshin sighed and flopped down on the blanket, folding his arms behind his head. “For how long?” he murmured.
If Hiko heard the despondency in his voice, he didn’t comment on it. “For as long as you want to live,” he replied bluntly.

Two of these were originally posted on fanfiction.net as part of a Christmas compilation called "Twelve Days of Crackfic" under the penname Pythagorean Guardian Angle (not my penname, but they published my two submissions with my permission). Others were originally posted under the penname DumbleDore'sDelight on fanfiction.net. This was a join penname that Zanaia523 and I used to use. Some were originally posted on my own account on fanfiction.net, SiriusFan13. Other than the one that goes along with the "Out of Time" series, I've chosen to combine all of the crackfics here. These are just ridiculous silliness. I hope you enjoy.

Sometimes chasing after Saitou felt like one had to play a careful rotating game with a devil. It was always a gamble to see if one could actually catch up with the wolf, let alone match him. The scar on Sanosuke’s shoulder was just one of many reminders that trying to be comparable to Saitou was a gamble up to chance.
