Like every day, I hit my blaring alarm, and roll out of bed. I yawn when I finally stand up and stretch my arms above my head and meander my way to my bathroom, relieve myself and start a nice hot shower to start my day, stepping into the hot stream I wash, rinse and repeat.
Turning the knob turning the water off I step out onto my old white bathmat, grabbing the towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, patting myself dry after I finally deem myself dry enough, I wrap the towel and tuck it into my side, keeping it up without holding it tight to my body.
Stepping off to the side to critique my appearance. I stayed up way too late again last night, the dark bags under my blue eyes looking increasingly more shaded than yesterday. Whoops. My eyes trail up to the wet mop of blonde hair. Needs a good brushing.
Before I can continue my morning ritual- a loud clap rings through my brain- white hot pain shoots through my skull and everything feels like it's on fire.
I scream or at least I think I'm screaming. I can't hear anything. My whole body- No, my whole being feels like it's being ripped apart and shifted around.
'Someone please help.'
But nobody came, and everything goes black. -
