Summary
Doomsday prep has always been necessary in my opinion. If not for your time, then for another's time. So I got married young, to a much older, much richer man, waited a few years for him to die (cancer, so sad), and collected that money like candy at a parade. Then I picked out a nice place for a bunker, and had that thing built in another few years. When Monsters busted out of the mountain nearby, turning some Humans into Monsters, I was only slightly surprised the government's decision was to fucking nuke them all. Now I'm closing the door, and I see people in the distance waving their arms, yelling. I should just close the door, I don't know them, but I don't think it's fair to leave them out to die.
Author's notes, kinda:
Gonna be just Horror, Fell, and Fell/Swap variants.
Characters like Sans, Toriel, Asgore, Frisk, and others are really only mentioned, except Horror Sans.
Papyrus variants are more like different people in this, than variants of the same person.
Also, I don't really like Swapfell Pap (Purple) so sorry, but he might only be there for drama, not for a relationship -

You ended it all one fateful night, but instead of dying, were swept up in a world of war with a bundle of a skeleton in your arms. With a crazy scientists chasing you for something you don’t even remember doing, figuring out how to escape with your little brother still alive, a life that isn’t quite yours, lots of angst, and even more comfort… this will be quite the wild ride.
Now including a skeleton-house that is becoming VERY concerned for your mental wellbeing, (buried after the much-needed war-trauma,) you have to deal with a whole ‘nother group of wacky skeletons judging you. AGAIN.But… in order to have the best comfort fic, you sometimes need to have the worst angst beforehand.
Or, as Gaster once said… you need to break a few eggs in order to make an omelette. :]

You were quiet for a long moment. “i’m supposed to be dead,” you told the skeleton.
“… you’re not,” he replied, after pausing for only a second. “there’s no supposed-to with you. you were in the anti-void, not an au. you nearly died, but i fixed you.” His voice was quieter than before, and his head was slightly tilted, like a curious dog. “i don’t normally bother to do that.”
“then why did you?” The words hurt in your mouth instead of your throat. It felt like carbonation below your tongue, and it took concentration to keep that static from leaking into your words. You weren’t used to talking. But this was important.
“why’d i fix you?” The skeleton paused, expression going blank for half a second, gaze flitting down to his scarf. “oh!”
The corners of his mouth tugged up again. “because i want a little brother of my own, of course!”

You used to be human, before what you called the Blank. You were a teenager, and you liked dogs and the sun and couldn’t remember much more than that. Then you were made into something else.
After your rescue, you try to adjust to living again - and attempt to understand why so many weird skeletons keep trying to adopt you.

Summary
Nathaniel Walker was an ordinary man who worked as a construction worker to support his elderly parents, but unfortunately met a sudden end during an accident at work. Upon awakening in what he assumed to be limbo, his regrets and attachment to his life keep him from passing on yet unable to go back since no one could undo death. In the end, the void takes his soul and he fades into nothing.
...Only for him to wake up in an underground lab, confused and afraid, while questioning why he's a skeleton... and a child at that.
Nathan has never heard of Undertale, so he's experiencing this world for the first time, unaware that his mere presence has a drastic change on the story you might be familiar with. Regardless, his goal eventually aligns with all of monsterkind, which is to reach the surface so that he may try and find his family again. However he may just find a new family while he's down there.

Summary
Sans has had weird things happen around him since he was created by Gaster. First, Gaster fell into the core, then the King ordered that all humans be killed and their souls used to break the barrier after his kids died. Then the resets started, and one of the time-jumpers turned out to be a soulless flower, while the other was a sweet 10 year old with a severe case of possession for half the time in the underground.
Now that he’s on the surface, of course Lady Luck just has to backhand him for having a pretty good life. Several sets of alternate versions of himself are dragged from their own dimension and dropped face first into his. Not that big of a problem in the long run, since everyone finds a way to get along within a few years.
Everything is thrown into upheaval once more when a female skeleton appears in the basement, and while half of them are trying to Kill the poor thing, the other half try to dismantle the walls she built in an attempt to protect herself from getting hurt again.Series
