I love the emphasis on how different they are and how that actually makes them work--YingYang Ships FTW!!!
Also love how realistic this is cuz age gaps in dating is always hard even if you're both very much adults; I love that they don't force Kazu to grow up either or Zum to try acting young: they just act themselves with some tweaks that are so natural you hardly even notice; it's lovely

Summary
Takahashi Ran found herself taking the place of Tachibana Izumi. Though it was a rather peculiar situation, she had adapted fairly quickly and went on to make some preparations before the main story of A3! began. She just wanted to take care of the characters (mainly save the boys from suffering curry hell) and so she made sure she was staying as close to the plot as possible.
At first, everything was fine. Even if she was exhausted because she had to manage the troupes and the side business she started in order to have more money for the actor's necessities, she was satisfied with being with everyone.
Yet...A feeling of alienation started to take over her body.
She doesn't belong here. This isn't her place, if they knew the truth, would they still accept her? She kept her insecurities hidden away, and when she thought no one was watching, she sought out comfort.
"Director, are you okay?"
"Director, why are you doing this to yourself?"
"Director, let us help you."
*A reminder that this story is definitely self indulgent lol. Though an OC will be used, the actors know her as "Tachibana Izumi." The rating of the story might change as the story goes on.*

Summary
Chatspeak. Webcam and microphone settings. Automatic coffee pots. Tsumugi could never wrap his head around the whirlwind of technology, and to be honest, never really found a reason to try. That is, until the Mankai Company is asked to organise an acting workshop... Over Zoom. With self-imposed pressures and secret desires for old friends pressing down on him, Tsumugi finds himself having to force his way out of his comfort zone, in more ways than one.
In the meantime, Tasuku struggles to keep a lid on growing feelings for a certain roommate. He doesn't get far.
(Or, when childhood friends attempt to renegotiate their relationship only to find that it's not as easy as the Netflix original movies make it seem.)
