Originally posted on FFNet around April 29, 2015. I was 20 at the time.
The original version of this was titled "Black Twilight." I scrapped that version and rewrote the opening on February 20, 2017 to a new version, titled "Bond". That version is also reposted here on AO3. I have not worked on this fic since then.
The general premise is that the Spirit of the Hero continues with Link during the events of Twilight Princess, but my OC, Linah, is inserted into the events. I am pretty sure I intended for there to develop a romance between Linah and Link, but I also don't really remember what I planned to happen next after the last words of this fic. I know it was meant to be a multi-chapter fic that was filled with adventure and angst, like their happy-go-lucky existence could never happen again. I have no idea if Linah is given Plot Juice to also have some kind of divine beast form or a part of the Triforce or not. Obviously she could easily slip into Mary Sue status, so that is probably why I rewrote this fic.- Language:
