    Summary

Sugriva is a chill, no-nonsense police officer quietly trying to take down the Rakshasa mafia when a high-profile kidnapping throws him into chaos: the wife of the city’s golden-boy IAS officer—himself a celebrity nepo-baby—is snatched right under his nose. Sugriva’s already on thin ice, wrongfully suspended from the force after stumbling on a secret he was never meant to see about his terrifyingly powerful politician brother. Now, the bulldog of Bengaluru smells opportunity: the mafia thinks they’ve trapped him, his brother thinks he has silenced him, but Sugriva has other plans. And everything to lose if he fails. High-stakes action, twisted loyalties, and a city that never sleeps set the stage for a story where cunning, courage, and a dash of chaos rule the streets.

    Summary

    A promise.

    A misunderstanding.

    A curse.

Sri Krishna's vision of Dharmarajya with Yudhishtira at its helm is very near to completion. The only hurdle left is to bring the scattered kingdoms of Aryavarta under one flag.

Arjuna is tired of war. He would rather spend the rest of his life with his brothers and his wives at Hastinapura, in peace and never to raise his once adored Gandhiva against anyone in existence.

Yet when has fate ever favoured the third Pandava Prince?

His life, a travesty of tragedy and heartbreaks.

How will the invincible Dhananjaya, fulfil his dharma, the dream of a united Bharatvarsha, with nothing except his broken heart, the ghosts of the past to keep company, a brother he seems to be getting distanced from with every passing minute and the son of his arch nemesis who despises the very existence of him?

On the other hand, Manipur is housing a cauldron full of secrets which is at the helm of boiling over when he finally reaches its mystical gates.

When the past suddenly catches up to him, Arjuna is left standing at the precipice of salvation and destruction.
Question is, what will he choose?

    Summary

Homer's Iliad ends with a great city destroyed, and the Greeks, who themselves have lost the greatest of their heroes, ready to finally sail home. Euripides continues from here by telling the stories of the vanquished: the stories of the women of Troy, now left as slaves to be taken to Greece.

Hecuba tells how Polyxena daughter of Priam, a paragon of virtue and courage, has to sacrifice herself to Achilles' ghost, and how Hecuba, Priam's widow, takes her revenge on a former friend who betrayed her son. Lankan Women tells the same story from the perspective of Mandodari Ravana's widow, with Sita (who enters the flames after her husband rejects her) taking the place of the equally virtuous Polyxena, and Meghanada Mandodari's son taking the place of Polydoros in Euripides. My purpose with Lankan Women is to start a conversation between Valmiki and Euripides, to see if I could make it work.

Euripides makes quite a few changes to events from the Iliad to make Hecuba work. I have made corresponding changes to the Ramayana to make Lankan Women work. These changes I include in a note below. For the Ramayana I take the southern version where Sita is the daughter of Ravana and Mandodari.

The boy seemed awfully similar somehow. His arched brow, the curve of his mouth, the cut of his jaw awakened a nostalgia in Hanuman, long forgotten in the miseries of war.

As after fall of Lanka Vanara army invaded Karkoti's kingdom Sahyadri for being Lanka's ally and makes her slave queen to please Vanaras on expense of granting her child's life. Thus Tara becomes slave queen of Shatanan Ravana who likes to share his things as pleases. Only help from Ayodhya can save her now.

Based on Advut Ramayana , Bichitra Ramayana and regional or folk Ramayana where Sita slayed Dashanana Raavana's demonic older brother Shatanana/Sahasranana Raavana. And Vanar armies are more uncivilised and brutal towards Raksasas and assaults Raksasa queen's. I have twisted the tale
