Suddenly, M.Mark had thought of something. He wasn’t the best at comforting one, but he took his cowardly attempt to do so.
“Oh, yer’ thinkin about what we had before..? Why don’t-cha just take it as talkin’ to a brick wall? I know ya’ always liked em…”
As M.Mark got closer a bit, their tension was on the brink of breaking now, as Wallter took in notice of what M.Mark had said. Although it wasn’t big; he always talked about brick walls. He loved them.
As much as he had loved Mannequin Mike beforehand.“…You, at-most, remembered that out of all possibilities?”
“I’ mean, I had always thought of ol’ me being made of brick even, just to soothe yer nerves… Sometimes…”
M.Mark flushed a slight tint of pink on his cheeks a bit as he chuckled to himself, noticing how his words made Wallter feel so different now.
As he looked up to the other’s surprise, Wallter was a bit blushed too, as they both had a bit of a connection arriving between them.
“You… Do you mean this, positive?”
“Y-…Ya. T’s been bottled up for a bit, but I.. I don’t think we should’ part our ways' anymore… I love ya, Wallter. Even if you’ve got a seemingly’ weird' addiction to grey substances, and na’ matter what texture of concrete ya end up sleeping on every night.. It gets me a bit red sometimes. I really do love ya.”
To some surprise, one thing led to another. Wallter abruptly and in an awakened state had wrapped his arms around M.Mark, hugging him as if it was a weird and sudden action he couldn’t resist to himself. It was almost being in denial without his… Acquaintance, and how they had bonded.
