His devotion to his missing family caused more pain than any of them would think to imagine. He had to find them, even if it meant he had to push away pure happiness. She on the other hand wanted nothing more than to stay by his side, help him whenever she could and jump his bones. The pull she feels towards him is enough to put her quest on hold as she tries to navigate how she is feeling. Takes place at the same time as the TV Mini Series. Jumps back and forth from DGs and Cain's point of view. Very slow burn, approx about 30 chapters.
