Kip smiles at him, though, that same sunshine smile, and Scott wonders if maybe, just maybe, he’s even more tired of being safe than he’s realized.
Or: my attempt at making the mixed-up timeline of the show, make sense.

Summary
This is the start of a little writing project I've been thinking about for quite some time, but never quite jumped in on, until now:
Namely, to use a dictionary's 'Word of The Day' as a short writing prompt, for a ficlet, taking the form of a character study, relationship moment, or similar small work.
-Expect, if you're following it, an assortment of characters, pairings, and fandoms
-Probably I'm going to aim for, let's say... under 1,000 words, over 200.
-Less than an hour, writing time.
-I've got Merriam-Webster & Dictionary.com, for added variety.
-Not sure how often I will update the series, probably not 100% daily, but I'm going to give it my best shot at keeping to some kind of regularity.
-Some I may end up reusing, as larger fics, or parts of one.
-The idea is just to get some creativity flowing, to get some words out, and have a bit of fun, honestly.- Words:

The first snowfall in Boston that year brings several things: a heavy layer of dirty snow coating all the roads of the city; a freezing, threatening cold to the air both inside and out; all incoming flights to Logan getting grounded before they could even think about taking off; and the breaking rumors that Ilya Rozanov is fucking men in his spare time.

Summary
Vecna is dead, the gates are closing, and Steve just can't bring himself to leave Eddie laying there in the middle of that field alone.
Of course, the gates do close and now they have to survive until another gate can be opened and they can get out. Eddie is pretty badly injured, Steve isn't in great shape the whole past week considered, and their supplies are pretty meager. Plus they both have unrequited (that are actually requited) feelings for each other.

Summary
"Watching over the Antichrist will bring people together, he supposes, even though Warlock isn't the real Antichrist and he doesn't yet know just how true those words will become. But Aziraphale is there, and so are dinners at the Ritz, lunches at Ajimura (Aziraphale still hasn't gotten the hang of the chopsticks, and their waiter takes enough pity on him to bring a fork along with the menus), late nights drinking in the back room of Aziraphale's bookshop, and the sort of comfortable certainty that comes with the knowledge that the person you're eating food with will probably want to do so again, preferably if you're free tomorrow at around noon, perhaps?"
Its 1977, and Crowley finally coaxes Aziraphale into dinner at London's first sushi restaurant. Things develop from there.

Summary
The revelation that Aziraphale might have been in love with him for thousands of years is surprising. The fact that literal books have been written on the subject comes as even more of a shock.
