Summary
A hodgepodge of non-related ficlets and unfinished WIPs. Most of this is stuff I never felt was ready for prime time, or just flat out failed to finish. But I want to give it a home somewhere, so here we are. Chapter 1 (Table of Contents) contains a detailed summary and tags for each work.

Sherlock blinks and swallows hard. How is he supposed to respond to that? And why did he ever agree to this stupid game to begin with?
Three short scenes in which Sherlock and Molly discover a new way to communicate, and perhaps a new reason to.

Summary
Every time his eyes drifted shut, the memories came flooding back in a jumble of random images, smells and sounds... stagnant water, burning wallpaper, the copper scent of blood, a soft voice breaking on the word "true". He jolted up, eyes roaming the room for something, anything, to occupy his brain, to replace the racing collage of failures playing behind his eyelids.
In the aftermath of Sherrinford, Sherlock spends a sleepless night wandering London and trying to make sense of the relationships in his life, not the least of which is the question as to whether he and Molly can mend the damage done by that fateful phone call. As is often the case, Sherlock takes the long way round. But, thankfully, he doesn't have to sort it all out all alone...

Summary
Sherlock didn’t rely solely on John to catch Culverton Smith. He had several back up plans. The problem was he was too high to remember any of them. Truth be told, he knew he wouldn’t need the others anyway. That’s not to say they didn’t work exactly as he meant them to.
A missing scene set near the end of The Lying Detective.

Summary
“Why would someone go to all that trouble?”
“Why indeed, John?”A gap filler because I’ve always wondered what happened in TEH between Sherlock and Molly after the awkward and uncomfortable scene in the basement with Sherlock berating himself, to them having so much fun together at Howard Shilcott’s flat.

Summary
It’s a practical and informed choice, and the best in its price bracket. Sherlock makes sure of that. It’s the least he can do for his friends. A missing scene set at the end of The Six Thatchers, a day or two after Mary’s death (but before her ‘Miss Me?/Save John’ DVD arrives).
