This AU starts out the same way that Prodigal Son of Zaun does – Viktor meets Silco sometime before canon start, but there are two major divergences:
1. Powder came too late with the bomb, Silco had enough time get sappy, to threaten Vander with his kids' future, and promising they will have one with him.
