When Vi & Powder’s mom died she left Vi a key in her will to the family house. When Vi turned 20 she decided to go see what happened to her family since her mom never told her. When Powder heard from Vander where Vi was going she wanted to go also but Vi said she didn’t want Powder to go because Powder is 17 and 22 weeks pregnant with Ekko’s child. But Powder begged until Vi finally gave in. While they were there they realized all the crazy stories their great grandmother Celeste was telling them about a family curse wasn’t a lie. Their mom was protecting them from the truth.
