Everything had been going so well. He'd made it to the end of the school year despite collapsed buildings, several broken ribs and Flash Thompson.
Now he had a blissful ten weeks in front of him. No noisy bells, no lectures on topics he already knew in detail, no more Penis Parker. As much time in Stark Tower with his hero, mentor and father-figure as he could get, and all the time he wanted as Spiderman without having to worry about school work.
It was going to be a great summer.

He’s The Captain?
This was not good. This was so not good.
There were theories of course, of what The Captain would look like. Most followed the typical Hollywoodesque belief that he was some version of the Godfather, sitting in a dark room with a cigar, commanding his forces with a flick of his wrist. There were even some that even thought that The Captain was not one person, but a whole network of people with eyes and ears everywhere.
The blonde Adonis in front of him was definitely not what Tony was expecting.
Of course, in the end it didn’t matter.
There was a reason no one knew what The Captain looked like.
Because anyone who saw his face never lived to tell the tale.

“So that’s who you are always talking to-your BOYFRIEND?” They are sitting in their hotel room after Jonny had spent the last 45 minutes standing in the hallway shirtless and talking in hushed tones. Kaner had finally asked him who he was always talking to and his mind was blown after Jonny had mumbled that it was Max, his boyfriend. Kaner literally dropped the bottle of gatorade he was holding and mimicked with his hands his head being blown up.
