Donnie and Leo go to each other when they really need it. If they’re having a bad day, or a bad time, and need someone else, but the full front of all of their brothers is too much.
It’s a special time they have together and they lovingly named it their “Twin Cult”.It’s notoriously secretive and everyone else thinks they’re doing something sketchy and/or illegal but really they're just in an old subway car watching “slime tutorials” of musicals because one of them was having a breakdown.

Summary
Donnie started age regressing shortly after the Kraang attack, and is very ashamed of it. One morning, after waking up from a particularly bad nightmare, he cries in front of Leo, getting some much needed affection.
After that, Donnie decides to try and not push away his regression as much, as long as he's alone.
The thing is, Leo starts watching him like a hawk.
Of course, it doesn't take long before Leo finds out about Donnie's secret.

Summary
Seeing that they can't keep hidden for much longer after the Kraang invasion, Leo decides they should just reveal themselves. There were probably better ways to do that then twitter, though. Oh well. How bad could it be?
(Or: The turtles become social media sensations after the invasion. This goes both better and worse than anyone thought. Raph's suspicious, Leo's trying his best, Donnie's causing chaos and Mikey couldn't be more thrilled with the situation.)

Leo’s got a new friend.
Dumb, impulsive, loud. It pissed Donnie off to the very max.
With Donnie's need to be confrontational, and Usagi's tendencies to run, it takes them a bit of prying and pushing to really understand their feelings and each other. Of course, they couldn't do it without the one and only Leo, and minor help from Mikey and Raph.
