I was sitting on some of this furniture, watching a show I thought was probably too scary for ART, when Amena sent Mensah something over the feed with a high urgency tag. (If she didn’t want me to look, she shouldn’t have added that tag. She knows that, so it’s almost like inviting me to join the conversation.)
Telic isn’t putting any weight on her front right leg was all the message said, which was kind of weird. Mensah was sitting a few feet from me, doing something boring on the feed, but when the message came in she swore and jumped up.Murderbot visits Mensah's farm and learns a bit about the inhabitants. Written for the New Tideland workshop prompt "not that different."
