Summary
With nothing better to do than to let his thoughts chase themselves in catastrophising circles (don’t think about Eleanor and Lettie and how they’re getting on, don’t think about Quincy and if he got out before the tank got there, don’t think about Amir failing to stop the reactor exploding, don’t think about-), Arthur half-turned to keep Umbra in his periphery, tapping his index finger against the trigger guard of his rifle.
This was their future, if Marty’s very hasty and sporting gaping holes story was anything to go by.
or;
It wasn't just Drifter sent back to 1999. Umbra was taken along for the ride too as back up that Drifter can rely on... too bad it didn't change anything on that disastrous New Years Eve, but it sure adds some new and interesting dynamics amongst the Hex while they wait out the timeloop.

Summary
After an eternity of war and conflict, the Young Wolf finally lays down his sword for good. Far from the battlefields that once defined his existence, he opens a small café with a peculiar ability of only revealing itself to those who've lost their way, whether be in body, heart, or mind.
Over warm drinks and quiet conversations, the Young Wolf offers no grand speeches, merely a listening ear, hard-earned wisdom, and a place where the universe can wait for a little while. Yet, each guest leaves behind something as well, slowly reminding a man who had forgotten how to live that, even after an eternity of conflict, there is still joy to be found in simple moments and the quiet act of helping someone find their way.

Summary: An AU where Leon Bartfort took one look at the situation he found himself in and said ‘fuck that’, skipping out on all of that nonsense to go and do his own thing. His own thing just happens to be being a Sky Pirate!
One of my current ongoing stories. This story will update every week, usually.
