Yin Yu’s attention is also stolen by the rustling in the kitchen and throws a glance over his shoulder. “Nice of you to finally join us. You couldn’t at least put on a shirt?” he says with a tinge of irritation.
“This is my house and I didn’t authorise any of you to be here. You’re lucky you got pants,” Hua Cheng gruffs, with his back still facing the lounge.
Yin Yu does not try to hide his exasperation and rolls his eyes. “This is Xie Lian. The lawyer I hired. For you.”

Hua Cheng catches the tears with his fingers and coos at him gently, rubbing his back. “This San Lang didn’t mean to make you upset. Will you forgive him?”
