Kakashi scowls but doesn’t speak.
“Clearly these conversations aren’t having the effect I’d hoped they would,” Minato continues, voice so full of disappointment it makes Kakashi’s stomach roll, “And now I’m going to be forced to enact punishment for you, Kakashi.”
