She was even more breathtaking than she was the first time he saw her. He remembers the last time he laid eyes on her. He also remembers asking her out and consequently standing her up. He never called her to explain why he stood her up. Even after she called him, he never returned her call. That was five years ago.
What Iris didn’t expect later that night was to be standing face to face with Barry Allen. The guy who broke her heart five years ago without even knowing it. Iris steeled herself. She couldn’t let him know how much he’s affected her.
