Mobei Jun stepped out from behind the wall and looked at the man. He was small compared to Mobei Jun. He was dressed in somewhat dirty pants and a shirt, a vest covering him. He did not dress like Linguang Jun did, or like the men he brought for Mobei Jun to kill. They all wore cleaner clothes, clothes that were more for show than use. The man who entered dressed as if he needed to move freely.
When he turned and saw Mobei Jun, his eyes widened and he took a step back in surprise. His hand clutched at the messenger bag that was across his torso and settled on his hip. His hair was tied back in a low bun and he looked somewhat sweaty, though it was cold outside. It looked as if he’d been running.
“Who are you?” Mobei Jun asked, voice cold.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Siren snorted. “No. I’m just here to order some food.”
“Wh-What about him?” The cashier asked, glancing at Tommy. “Did you- did you kidnap him?”
“I mean… yeah, let’s go with that in case this ends up on the news,” Siren shrugged, looking back at Tommy. “I kidnapped you, right?”
“Yeah, sure,” Tommy agreed, knowing that if they said he was kidnapped, it would keep people from getting suspicious of why he was seen in public with Siren. “Anyway, can I get the chicken nuggets happy meal, with a coke?”
or, how Tommy—who is not a hero, or a villain, or even a vigilante—saves the life of one of L'Manberg's most feared supervillains, and accidentally ends up becoming the resident doctor for every supervillain in town (and maybe gets a family along the way too).
