Summary
When Alec Lightwood moves from New York to Alicante, a small town with a population of less than 6,000 in Idris County, he thinks that he’ll be facing nothing but dull days and conservative people. However, he’s pleasantly surprised to meet Magnus Bane, the owner of a very progressive bookstore. It doesn’t take them more than a conversation to feel that they click.
Despite all of this unexpected and new-found happiness, Alec has the constant feeling that someone—or something—is watching him from the shadows.
At first, it is simple details; it’s strange noises, knocks and scratches, and bad smells. But then it’s nightmares, and they become more and more real. Soon enough, he starts seeing a humanoid shadow getting closer and closer to him as the days go by, and he doesn’t know how to stop it.
How are you supposed to tell people that a demonic being with an insatiable craving for human suffering has latched onto your soul?
Little does he know that Magnus will be the final piece of that puzzle.

Summary
Gojo’s coming out of the bathroom when he hears it. His shirt is still only halfway over his head, and his mouth is open to yell something obnoxious into the kitchen, but whatever the thought was had come to a screeching halt when the sound happened. He pauses for a few seconds longer, still frozen in shock, until it happens again.
“Ack-choo!”
Gojo’s brain finally restarts, and, only lightly getting tangled in his sleeves as he moves quickly down the hallway, skids to a stop in the entry to the kitchen.
“What was that?” Gojo exclaims. It’s been quite a while since he’s been so downright bewildered.
“What do you mean?” Nanami says, only barely glancing up. “Your breakfast is cold. You take too long in the bathroom.”

Ieiri’s unlit cigarette fell to the ground, while her mouth was parted in surprise. Her eyes were wider than he’s ever seen, as little startled the level-headed woman. With slow and measured steps, her heels clicking along the disinfected tiled floor, she approached Nanami, her unblinking eyes never leaving him.
She crouches and takes Nanami’s new form in her hands. Nanami is limp, small body hanging and unsure if he was dreaming.
“Nanami?” She whispers, voice in awe, “Is that you?”
Against all odds, Nanami barks.

Raphael comes to understand that Magnus usually summons ice cream for Alec when he’s having a particularly bad day. And obviously, with Magnus gone, his main source of joy and ice cream is gone. So, Raphael sighs a little and offers Alec his company instead, which the shadowhunter gladly accepts.
And then, the next day, he shows up at the apartment with a tub of vanilla ice cream – he figures Alec likes things plain – and shrugs off Alec’s gratefulness because really, it was just sitting in his freezer and he didn’t like vanilla at all.

“Ah, well, we’re in his room-”
“DO NOT MOVE.” Gojo ordered, grabbing a pair of sweats and a sweater to change into. “No one better be on or near a fucking bed when I get there.” He hung up, slipping his phone into his pocket and grabbing his keys.
Satoru does not think he is gay, being jealous of the guy Kento is seeing is just regular friend behavior.

“You’re in a good mood,” a voice drawled from behind him, and Gojo turned, already sensing Geto’s cursed energy.
Why wouldn’t he be? He spent the night with Nanami and was already counting the hours until he could do it again.When he said as much, Geto snorted, laughter breaking into a soft chuckle as he approached. “You spent the night with Nanami-kun?” he repeated, arms crossing as he leaned against the wall.
Gojo rolled his eyes, feeling the skepticism radiating off his friend like heat.“Am I to assume you died, and this is your vengeful cursed spirit here to make sure no one ever dates him? Do I have to absorb you?” Geto teased, pushing off the wall and heading toward the kitchen. “It’s too early in the morning, and I need coffee before dealing with whatever delusion-induced psychosis this is.”
“Ha ha, hilarious,” Gojo followed, ignoring the jab as he launched into the story, because honestly, this was progress compared to all his other failed attempts to spend time with Nanami.

But it can't stand in the way of his mission to regain his honour. He must find the Avatar, and perhaps being a turtleduck can give him the advantage he needs to capture him. He'll travel the seas, and to the ends of the world if he has to.
Meanwhile, Sokka and Katara have found the Avatar without trying. Now they're being chased by a guy with a bad haircut and horrible scar, as well as a curious duck. For some reason it really doesn't like Aang.

Now on the run with him, she tries to hope that they can still live a semblance of a normal life, even with the fear of her being locked up for a murder she didn't commit. But as time goes on, it seems that a body isn't the only thing her brother lost. And a second chance at existing isn't the only thing he's gained.
Or, it's a Transistor AU (Supergiant Game) where Zuko's soul is stuck in his swords and he's slowly turning into one of those lovely cursed blades, all the while Azula's nerves are slowly fraying away.

To start with, Ballister never expected to lose his arm, and he also never expected to move away from The Kingdom, especially after he’d spent every day as a kid wanting to move to the biggest and most vibrant city in the region. His childhood dream of becoming a knight in shining armor and fighting monsters never came to pass either, what with the lack of knights in this day and age–not to mention the complete and utter lack of monsters in the world.
