Summary
When the oldest Shimada enters the fold, Cole doesn’t think much of him. Just another ‘holier-than-thou’ rich guy with a stick up his ass. He has known a great share of them throughout his years, and surely, this time is no different. Cole has come to terms with his past, but Hanzo can’t say the same. His first impression is none better. He finds Cole loud, talkative, and disingenuous. It’s only when they see each other for who they truly are that they find common ground.

Summary
After convincing a reluctant Alistair Theirin to become King, Aedan Cousland -- a Lord of Highever and his closest friend -- begins to serve as his royal advisor to lessen the impact. With the darkspawn threat no longer occupying their minds, feelings emerge that were previously unknown to a half of one whole. The Blight is only to rear its ugly head again in Amaranthine to briefly separate them, and in return, reminds them of the looming shadow that is The Calling.
Aedan was ready to die after having lost everything. Yet imagining a long life with the man he loves, as well as his very own son having to grow up without a father if he can't find a solution, he's all the more determined to put an end to the Grey Warden curse.

With CyberLife in disarray after the android uprising -- and the red ice trade still at large -- Gavin and Nines get involved in an investigation on Zlatko Andronikov's family being one of the largest providers of the drug. The most effective method to put a stop to it involves Nines putting on the charm, but obstacles occur, and too late do they realize the danger. Keeping their feelings for one another concealed is a challenge in itself (...and Nines' constant teasing ensured that it was only a matter of time before Gavin's metaphorical leash would snap.)

Their paths cross once again 3 years later to face an all-too-familiar threat.

Everything changes after Corvo is revealed to be a Dragonborn of legend. Not realizing his own importance in the prophecy fortold by the Elder Scrolls, he ignores the call of the Greybeards, and goes about his day. Nevertheless, fate quickly catches up to him as he finds himself in Markarth. One man in particular reminds him of his duty. A man who later comes to evoke feelings in him that Corvo has never considered. To make matters more complicated, he is a Thane -- Argis his Housecarl -- and there are regulations. That being said, Corvo has never been one to follow the rules.
