Summary
He was nine when his sister died. He was nine when he murdered a demon in blind rage and terror. He was nine when the villagers thought he was crazy. He was nine when he ran away and found shelter in the forest.
No one ever found him. No one showed him the path of the demon slayer. He himself discovered this path and followed it. He was not a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, yet he killed many bloodthirsty monsters. No one knew this person who, in the shadow of darkness itself, killed those demons that the Corps did not know about. All they knew was that he didn't belong to any world. Neither the human world nor the demon world.
He followed his own path, not walked by anyone else. He was different, but that was better for him than forcing himself to fit in with people. He liked being different from others.
His name is Tomioka Giyuu, and he is a wild slayer who doesn't take orders from anyone.

Summary
Nobody knows him. That's a fact. Walking around like a dead husk, or a memorial, some even see him as an ornament, it's apparent that nobody really pays attention to the Water Hashira. Or if they do, it's usually for a negative reason. But as the Hashira emphasize and become more serious in being a group of friends, rather than comrades, the path to take this route may open the shadowy and painful past of one of their most misunderstood Hashira. One that may bring guilt, shock, annoyance, anger, or all at once to the Pillars. And so, why is Giyu so closed off? So mysterious? Why are most of his records erased? There's a lot of digging that needs to be done.

Summary
In the tangled maze of life, they searched not for a possession, but for a soul that had slipped away into the shadows of fate. When Sakura disappeared, it felt like a part of their hearts had been torn out, leaving only an empty ache where his presence used to be. Desperation drove them through every corner of Makochi and its cursed forests, clinging to the hope of finding him. But when they did, it was too late—someone else had already found Sakura, filling his mind with false memories and rewriting his past.
When they finally stood before him, their hearts heavy with longing, they were met with only a hollow gaze. The bonds they once shared were shattered, replaced by the lies of another. In that painful moment, they realized that finding someone isn’t just about bringing them home—it’s about reigniting the connection that was lost. But for Sakura, lost in a web of deceit, their reunion was just a painful reminder that sometimes the true tragedy isn’t in the losing—it’s in finding someone who no longer remembers you or the life you once had together.
