LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 03 is for Sinner Number 3 (also known as Don Quixote, not to be confused with Don Quixote de La Mancha, who also happens to be her father... Look, let's just note her under "Sancho" for the records), and 18 designates this as the eighteenth document taken in by the department. Supposedly, this is chronicling the pursuits of Sinner #3 as she deals with her... growing sense of romantic aspirations towards "maidens"? Does this even count as a real document? It looks more like the mad ramblings of a lucid dreamer.
