The unsubtle groan he let out when she grabbed onto him and the fly of his trousers sticking out more than before certainly lend themselves to that interpretation.
“Mine Heathcliff!” she playfully scolds him. “Doth thou wish for us to receive a lifetime ban from this establishment? Hath some sense of decorum!”
“Dunno what yer talkin’ about,” he shrugs innocently, his eyes glinting. “All I asked was for the corset to be removed. Nothing else. Unless…”
The air-conditioned interior of the costume shop suddenly turns as hot as a sauna.

Sinner #3 was a simpleton, a gullible rube with a borderline fetishistic obsession with celebrity, a glory hungry attention seeking fool who's ability to run her mouth far outstripped her ability to follow through on her braggadocio. It made her tired philosophy of justice seem...hollow, disingenuous.
Simply put, Don Quixote was an embarrassment.
