Summary
Merlin is attacked by a sorcerer, blasting him with some sort of spell. He doesn’t think the spell had any effect on him, until he begins coughing up flowers. He learns he’s been hit with the "Beddablostma Curse", which causes the victim to die by suffocating on flowers due to their unrequited love. The only cure is a True Love’s Kiss from Arthur, or to lose his memories of Arthur forever.
It’s the Hanahaki Disease trope, but I renamed it and added some twists of my own. Plus it's not a disease, it's a curse.

Stiles reaches up and pats at his cheeks. Huh, yeah. Look at that. There is a ticket there, stuck just below his left temple with a single piece of scotch tape. He’s probably lucky it wasn’t stapled there, instead.
He peels it off and holds it above his face.
“Found nude in tree,” he reads aloud. “Huh.”
