    * PS. This is from my interpretation in playing the game, influence from friends, some headcanons, utilizing the wiki, and hearing out some fan theories. This fic is dedicated to my friend and also for my enjoyment.

He felt as if his life was for nothing, even as he'd tried his very best to be something to the world. Now, as he feels the finality of it all settle in his bones, all he feels is the blood seeping from his side and the downpour of rain on concrete.

    Time seemed as if it had slowed down. It felt like he had been in that moment for hours— until everything soon went black.

    Axel dies in an alleyway one rainy night, lying in a pool of his own blood, eyes glazed over and staring into nothing.
