Last night, as they danced to bad music in the living room, Damen wearing that stupidly big grin on his face and picking him up without stumbling for a single second to kiss him hard, Laurent didn’t feel any of the anxiety he thought he would.
He thought the smell of liquor on his lover’s breath would bring up too many bad memories if he allowed it in the bedroom. He thought he would feel anxious and afraid, that Damen, as gentle as he is, might be too rough if he was too drunk to control himself. But he wasn’t. Damen was just… Damen.

Blinks a few times, as if properly processing Narumi’s words. After a few seconds, an unimpressed look takes over her features. “Oh. Is this about you and Doctor Hoshina?”
(There are some things being the most talented surgeon in the country just won’t help you with. Like knowing how to put the annoying infectious diseases specialist—the one you’ve had a years-long rivalry with—in his place. Or, further down the line, knowing how to make him fall for you. Or, even further down the line, knowing how to stop him from leaving.)

Hermione rolled toward him until he was forced to lay on his back. She curled into him, her face buried against his chest.
“Dolohov cursed me in fifth year.” Draco knew this. He traced his finger over her coat in the approximate location he would find her scars. “I told you there wasn’t any lasting damage.” He stilled his hand. She continued, “I lied.”
Snowed in after a mission goes sideways, the stress and proximity lead to mutual confessions.

Summary
The Underground: a network of vigilantes supported and directed by the Hero Commission to assist in maintaining the structure of Hero Society through any means necessary.
Izuku descended into the Underground after the War, a quirkless medic with no future. Presented with a deal of a lifetime. He entered the doors of Illusion and into the laps of Heroes spilling all their secrets and wants. Strings of Hero Society plucked by the Commission while Izuku and his crew deal with criminals in forgotten areas of the city. Whatever missions the Commission throws at them just a bonus.
There are whispers of a new threat growing in the city and, to make matters worse, Izuku finds himself with the eyes of the Number One hero on him. A slippery slope into something Izuku can't escape.
If there’s anything Izuku has learned as a vigilante and spy, it’s that everything is not what it seems.
