Reigen was being his usual self—too nosy, too demanding, too overwhelming. “Mm, an apology is a good start, but it’s not enough.” Reigen bulled his way into Serizawa’s line of sight. He sat directly in front of him and crossed one long leg over the other. He let his tie pool in his lap and leaned back on one hand to emphasize the stretch of his body. He watched Serizawa’s eyes follow the movement before glancing up at his face. They locked eyes.
“Impertinent,” Reigen muttered. Serizawa’s dark eyes were always so beautiful. If he kept looking at Reigen that way, he’d make him lose the plot. “You think you can look your betters in the eye?”

Summary
After the dust settles and Spirits and Such returns to something like normal, Reigen and Serizawa fall into a routine that feels safe enough not to question. They work together. They rely on each other. Sometimes, they sleep together.
It isn’t love - at least, that’s what Reigen insists. For Serizawa, it’s easier not to ask for more than it is to risk losing what he already has.
But lines blur, rules get broken, and mornings are harder to walk away from than nights. When one of them starts hoping and the other starts running, something has to give.

Henry couldn’t sleep, so he took something he had idly grabbed from the “mellow” section of the natural tinctures while at that hippie shop in town, figuring it couldn’t do anything worse than what he’d already tried. He was perhaps a bit naive for this misstep. Though, maybe that was on him for exceeding the recommended dose, thinking he had a good tolerance to handle such things.
Richard is freaking out and calls him amidst the high...
What could go wrong?
(So much so that I made a really dark version of my original concept for this fic because I needed to, and then a whole bunch of chapters just formed in a couple days after the initial drop. Something more focused on their manipulative and imbalanced dynamic being more overt and pushed into romantic territory. I swear there’s some deep stuff for them after, but it’s just wild over there, like Hannigram but like way worse lol. So… go peep that if you’re a freak. DO READ THE TAGS CAREFULLY OF THAT ONE THOUGH, PLEASE; it’s my first really dark fic, don’t want to trigger anyone. It’s called “I love you, though you hurt me so”.)

I stepped into the hallway to fetch my coat, when I noticed with mild alarm that it was gone. Had I left it at the hospital? At Leo’s? I turned around to ask Henry if he knew of its whereabouts and was surprised when he was right behind me, a coat in his outstretched hand. It was lovely - thick, brown and expensive-looking, with a fleece lining in a cut which meant it would reach down to one’s ankles. I stared at it dumbly, until Henry was forced to speak.
“Here. Yours was too thin for the weather.”
I stared at him, mouth open a little in shock. This was the closest thing to affection - or any sort of care for another person - I had seen Henry display. The flush was back in full force as I took the item of clothing from him, and rubbed the material of the sleeve between my thumb and forefinger. It was soft, and warm._____________
Or, Richard’s recovery is mental as well as physical after spending the winter at Leo’s. He becomes prone to attacks of shivering, but no matter how hard he tries to conceal it from Henry, he finds out anyway.

Tricking the kid with the promise of wine and building a brick wall around him in the school’s basement *and* livestreaming the whole thing!? It couldn’t get any more iconic if he tried. Well, maybe if it had actually worked and Ernest hadn’t socked him in the nose for lying about the wine after 20 minutes of bricklaying. Hey, it was that dumbass’s fault for being stupid enough to believe that there’d be alcohol in the school’s basement anyway! Let alone be gullible enough to sit there long enough for Lucien to pull the ol’ Cask of Amontillado on him. At least he had been paying attention in Mr. Vega’s class, right?
