Summary
“This is wrong,” Jayce rasped, his voice strained with torment, so unlike the Jayce that had left mere hours ago to dance and drink and make merry and maybe even make love to the beautiful Mel Medarda. “This is too far back, I shouldn’t be here—”
This Jayce was like a wild animal, bearded and shaggy, furious and heartbroken.
The huge weapon thudded to the floor once again, and Viktor finally dared to speak.
“Jayce, is that… you?”
Stewing in his loneliness, research assistant Viktor witnesses an Anomaly take place in the laboratory he shares with Jayce Talis, potentially altering life as they know it (or might never come to know).

Things could not be worse. Counselor Salo assured Jayce this party would be a great way to shore up funding. What he failed to mention was the investor was a prominent Zaunite pornography baron, who had a certain requirement for doing business.

Summary
Jayce knew it was going to hurt when he saw the first fissure in the crystal.
His second thought was relief that he was the only one in the lab.
He felt oddly numb. He brought his hand in front of him. The effect was….unsettling. Moving quickly his body could not seem to keep itself together. Particles of his skin floated in the wake of his hand.

Summary
It's been two years since Viktor left the academy. Two years since Jayce cast him out. Nearly two years since he became what he is now.
And yet, it might not be too late for them.
~
There’s a letter under his door one day, months after the “incident.” It’s written on formal stationary, sporting Jayce Talis’ personal seal. Viktor has half a mind to incinerate it and forget. He doesn’t, though. He opens it, reluctantly, and reads it over three times.
Viktor,
You were right. I’m so sorry.

“Sean.. I care about you. I care about you a lot. And I adore Daniel to pieces. You’re both.. Really special.” Finn stopped, as if he was trying to find the best way to word what he wanted to say next. “Listen.. I know you don’t have much. And I know you can’t stay here because of Merrill, but.. What if I went with you? Between the two of us, we’d have enough money until we find a new job, and I could help take care of Daniel.”

Eddie tries to convince himself that it is something they don't want or need. He fails.
Update: August 2021. So I went back and reread this and added about 1.5k more words worth of porn throughout the chapters. Mostly on Chapter 2 because the flow of it when reading was least satisfying to me. If you're someone who goes back to reread, you're in for a few surprises!

We had a deal. No more dates. You promised.
“This isn’t a date,” Eddie says. “It’s a work thing. Dinner with a person I’ve never met before.”
Venom stays silent, but Eddie has the distinct feeling he’s unimpressed. Admittedly, Eddie’s made better arguments.

What’s the point?
Eddie glances around to the other people hurrying along the sidewalk, lowers his voice until he’s muttering into the collar of his jacket. “I like sex! I want to have sex again in the future, so you’ll have to find a way to deal with it.”
If you say so.

Reinitialising from sleep mode was never a particularly pleasant experience. Systems had to restart, processors had to organise and categorise new experiences, new memories, and sensors had to reorientate themselves. The time, 5:32AM, briefly flashed in Markus' mind, as well as the weight of something, or someone, who was occupying his bed.
