    "Do not get hit by the ray gun." Bruce rumbled in response, using his grapple to launch himself into a powerful dropkick that almost managed to knock the guy down. "We still don't know what exactly it does."
    "Well, that's obviously Luthor tech, so I think it's probably safe to assume it's got something to do with dimensional bullshit." Jason levered himself up using the lip of the dumpster, sounding rightfully pissed.

    Or

    Tim Drake gets zapped to another universe just after retrieving Bruce from the timestream and finds out it's a world where Jason never died and the version of himself that exists in that world never got involved with the Bats. From there, he makes a few dubious plans and does all he can to protect a family that isn't his.
