Meanwhile, Bruce finds a friend in his company's new accountant, and this disruption to his work as the Batman makes him question everything he thought he knew.

The last thing you remember was some kid with a greasy fringe and big brown eyes all up in your space, his hands placed onto the side of your arms to hold you steady. He was familiar—the Spree driver you’d gotten a ride from to this shitty house party—the guy talked too much and kept suggesting you have some water, which you’d politely refused. Kind enough, sort of cute and endearing, in a weird way. Four stars—a two dollar tip for the trashy house music he’d played that had tickled your ears.
