Summary
Set in a future post-desolation world (2040 A.D./7 P.D.)
(SPN/Canon Divergent 9X23/Destiel AU).
The Archangel Sariel had been waiting a very long time for a sign. It finally reveals itself with the Annuna being thrown from their high place by Metatron. It's not exactly the Fall in of itself he awaited. Rather, it was the grace that the Scribe used in his spell. It is the grace of the most important of all the Annuna- the very one to whom Sariel is forever bound.
It's when Enlil's Key, is passed to no ordinary descendant of Cain, that Sariel confers with the first Son of God who tells Sariel it is time to take matters into their own hands. They send Gabriel to help Dean Winchester kill the Scribe (at the end of 9X23) as foretold, so the Unfolding may begin once more. By Sariel and the Son of God changing the outcome of that singular moment, the course of the Winchester's lives is forever changed, and a whole new future is paved for Annuna and Humanity alike.
2040 A.D./7 P.D. - Dean and Sam awaken in 2040 with no memory of the past 25 years. They find themselves in a world far removed from the one they knew and soon learn that they themselves have been changed.

Destiel AU- 'With or Without You' spans 26 years beginning December of 1988 (when Dean and Castiel are 15) and carries on through the year 2014.
Not only do the relationship/lives of Dean and Castiel revolve, evolve and in some aspects, change forever... but so do the lives/relationships of everyone around them.

Summary
In a world where alphas and omegas are practically nonexistent and betas virtually infertile, the birth rate drops almost to zero. Society turns to science for salvation, pairing up compatible betas and carting them off to special facilities to be transitioned into alphas and omegas. Summary
Werewolves have been evolving for centuries. They have changed from fierce wolves in the woods, marking territory and hunting. To a new version of werewolves entirely. Losing almost all their traits as a wolf. Alphas still have the ability to change parts of them when threatened but the ability to change into their wolf counterpart has long been gone. Packs started to split and find new territory and even though the instinct to bring in a large pack for better protection is still there it is slowly fading. They have created a society of their own, but the hierarchy still exists. The one strong connection they still have with their ancestors is the mating mark. A bite placed on the left side of the neck, to become fully mated both wolves must bear a mark. The wolves may no longer live in the woods, but their instincts don't die easily.

When Dean has an alpha roommate named Castiel Novak they soon find themselves at odds with each other. That is until they are pulled into a situation that has them going against every rule there is on mating.

They locked eyes for a minute and then Cas leaned back as far as the cuffs would let him go, spreading his legs obscenely wide. “I want you to suck my cock, Dean.” Dean balked, mouth going dry in a second, eyes slipping to the now visible bulge in Castiel’s suit pants. “Um,” he said stupidly, face flushing red, eyes unable to pull away.
Cas hummed. “Depending on how well you suck me, I might just tell you everything you want to know.” He licked his lips, smirking slightly when he caught Dean’s gaze. “And with sinful little lips like yours,” he made a low whistling sound, “I don’t doubt you’ll get every last name out of me.”
