Sunday sets down two of the glow sticks to run a finger over the doorknob. He turns his golden gaze to the rest of the room.
“Show yourself!” Sunday’s voice booms, regal and authoritative as ever. “Unless you wish for me to call the Bloodhound Family!”---
“Fudge-shirt-fork-screw-legitimate child—” Boothill rattles off all the curses he knows. Black Swan stifles a chuckle, which only fuels Boothill’s curse-ridden tirade.

“If you are in here to kill me, then open my throat, right now.” Aventurine smiles. The gamble is set up, and all that is left is to roll the dice.
“You know the walls are soundproof. Nobody but me knows you are here.” Aventurine continues. “So we could come to an agreement, just you and I.”
