Summary
The Planet collapses in a thousand and thirty years. Cloud and by proxy Sephiroth rewind the broken timeline to the beginning they remember-
That was the intent. To fix events, to make things right this time. It’s just a shame both of them don’t know how to blend into the past, and ‘making things right’ is really open for personal interpretation.
Or alternatively, a very future Cloud and Sephiroth fuck up past timelines, multiple, with their inability to blend in.

Summary
Sephiroth won, but at what cost?
After centuries of drifting through the universe, lingering at the edge of creation, Sephiroth realizes that eternal emptiness wasn't what he desired after all- he wanted a chance to do it all over again.
Deciding to go back in time and armed with the knowledge of both the past and everyone else who'd ever lived on Gaia, he sets about creating a true utopia for himself, just like he'd always wanted- even if it means getting some help from someone unexpected.

Summary
“You fell into mako?” Tifa asked. That was new. That was different from last time.
“The doctor said I’m lucky not to be poisoned,” Cloud told her. He pointed at his face with the hand that wasn’t holding Tifa up. “It messed up my eyes, though.”
His eyes were blue, with a few swirls of Lightstream green. The same as they had been after Hojo’s experiments. Tifa leaned in to stare at them, ignoring Cloud’s cheeks turning a splotchy red. Yes, they were exactly the same. The Planet had returned his enhancements to him, hopefully without the side effect that was Sephiroth’s repeated attempts to regain a foothold in -
Sephiroth. Sephiroth was alive.
“What was the dream about?” Cloud asked.
“We went to Midgar,” Tifa said quietly, unable to not tell him, “and we met a flower girl. And when she died, the world ended.” She turned her head away from him, the horrible, possessive words squeezing out of her lips where Aerith finally couldn’t hear them. “She was ours. And we just. . . she was ours.”

Summary
In which Gaia has a sick sense of humor and thrusts both Cloud and Sephiroth back in time to stop Jenova from repeating everything all over again.
Or, a Time Travel Fix-It where everything that can possibly go wrong happens; Jenova's missing, Vincent won't wake up, Aerith doesn't know how to make a cure, ShinRa won't go down without a fight and the notion of Sephiroth being sane is questionable at best.
