Blood was everywhere. On the comforter of the small bed, matted in the fur of a teddy bear with a bow tie, and pooling under the knees of the bent figure of a man.
“Freeze!” Sergeant Ramirez shouted, pointing his weapon at the hunched figure. His eyes quickly darted around and landed on a lump in the corner that was unmistakenly a dead body of a woman.
“Put your hands on your head.” The sergeant growled out. The man raised his hands, revealing blood staining all the way up his forearms. A bloody kitchen knife clutched in his right hand.
“Drop the weapon, and put your hands on your head!” he shouted, as the other officers came into the room, their firearms raised as well. The male complied and slowly turned around with his hands on his head. The officers gasped and blanched at what lay on the floor.

Hopefully this will secure the future for most and change the path for better for others. Forcefully sticking all these special individuals with different and strong personalities together with little explanation? What could possibly go wrong?

Summary
This was NOT part of the plan. I was supposed to wake up after brain surgery and get better so I could do all the things my mom and I had been dreaming about for years. Like going to college, making friends, and traveling the world. I was NOT supposed to end up in the Twilight universe inside of Bella fucking Swan's body.
Two months in and I can't avoid going to Forks. Renee is catching on too quickly. It's impossible to act in character all the time, especially since Bella's personality and mine are... not comparable...
In a world of mythos, magic, and monsters, there has to be a way to get back to my world, right? Bella's fate was bound to be tangled in with the supernatural anyway, so no harm no foul. That's what I foolishly believed.
The last thing I ever expected to find family with the Cullens...or to perhaps fall in love with a man who wasn't meant for me. What will happen if I wake up? What will happen if I never wake up?
And how do I even begin to explain the difference between 'Bella' and ME?
