Harry felt his face heat up, but he didn’t back away. “You want a body. I can give you one.”
“Oh, can you?” He tilted his head, as if examining a particularly interesting insect. “And you, The Boy Who Lived, now want to… help me come back?”
It seemed like a rhetorical question, but Harry wanted to answer anyway. “Yes.”
Voldemort laughed again, this time more quietly. “Naive.” Quirrell’s hand, pale, almost translucent, reached out in a strange movement that seemed to hurt, to touch Harry’s face, as if he were a child saying something silly. “You have no idea what you’re talking about.”

Harry has always been strange, even by wizarding standards. So it's very easy for him to become obsessed with “He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named” since the first time he read about it, isn't it?

“I-- I want you to tell people we’re friends.” Penguin blurted in his direction. Victor glanced up at him, in the dim lighting of ‘The Iceclub’ he almost looked like he wasn’t shaking.
“And why would I do that?” Funny he wanted to be ‘friends’ but could barely talk to him without stuttering.
“I can pay you, per appearance and menti-” nope.
“I don’t need your money, in case you haven't heard I’ve already got a job.” Oswald audibly gulped freezing at that; obviously contending with the various overblown rumours about what exactly Victors ‘job’ entailed.
Surprisingly insisted of apologising and running away Oswald sat down right across from him allowing light to wash over his stern expression.
“That’s exactly why you’re the perfect choice for this sort of deal! If you don’t want money then- then how about Food!” Oswald took his silence as a prompt to continue.“Yes! I’ll make whatever treats you want, milkshakes too, I’ll even start making lunches for you if you want, all on the house of course.” It seemed the penguin had a back bone after all - Zasaz had been shooting him his creepiest looks and everything!Oswald hires Victor to stop people in their school from bullying him.

When Agatha comes back to Gotham, the city is not the same. Thieves, murderers and scammers are all over the place and it scares her. Gotham is no place for sweet, innocent girls like her. But she wants a better shot at life. A better chance of making her dream come true. No more hiding in small towns, no more dreaming. It's time to do something.
Victor Zsasz thinks she's something else. She's different. She's young. She's pure. He wants her. He wants her for himself and doesn't wanna share. He doesn't know why the girl makes him go crazy. He just have to have her and it kills him.
When both meet, Agatha is just a girl, trying to grow out from her mother's embrace and Victor is just a dog, doing what his boss tells him to do. Both are different. Two completely different people that are heading for a very similar future.
