Summary
UA was a marine conservation organization, specializing in both protecting marine life and captive breeding. What made UA unique, however, was their small selection of endangered species, most notably a Cecaelia, and five merpeople saved from the wild. Kaminari was one of the researchers dedicated to ensuring the repopulation of the merpeople and was assigned to one who was saved nineteen years ago from an oil spill that caught fire. Touya used to be aggressive with most of the researchers but once Kaminari was assigned to him, he was absolutely taken. Touya does everything he can to show his human that he’d chosen him to breed with, but the facility decided to pair him with the Cecaelia, Hitoshi. They don’t want to breed together, they’d already chosen their respective mates, and together, they decide to take a more direct approach to get what they want. When the higher-ups decide to try changing up the caretakers, they face a unique problem in which the usually docile Hitoshi becomes aggressive, and the lively Touya becomes depressed and listless. When mating season arrives, Hawks and Kaminari find themselves facing a situation neither saw coming.

Summary
When Denki gets sent to an asylum to "get help" for a seemingly insignificant condition he wasn't even aware he had, there was no way to know that everything would go wrong in the worst ways possible. In a place where he's meant to get help, he ends up picking up more problems. Even when he finds another boy his age there who he believes is his true love, that also goes wrong.
Toya has been in the same asylum for more years than he can remember, and with an extremely codependent relationship with the most unstable patient in the hospital and an unbridled hatred towards his family, he fails to see how anything could actually make him feel... well... anything other than nothing. That is, of course, until a certain orderly entered his life who he's become dangerously attached to.
Both males share the same psychiatrist who seems to want to remain mysterious to a concerning degree. And it's obvious that he's hiding a lot. Is he truly there to help his patients? Or is he playing some sick game for his enjoyment?[Fic playlists at the end of chapter 1]
