“Fine,” Ford said quickly. Too quickly. He cleared his throat at Stan's look. “Just tired.”

Groaning, he turned around in his bed, looking up to avoid eye contact with the man that was currently ruining what little sleep he was capable of getting since he got out of survival mode. He sighed deeply to make his annoyance as evident as possible to his brother.
“What is it this time, Stanley?”
“I have something to say.”
Or the fanfic where the twins have a chat in the middle of the night about how guilty Stan feels for dating Ford's supposed crush in high school. Chaos ensues when Ford has to explain without words how little he cared about that.
